Our Saddle Trial Policy

Saddle trials are done strategically to ensure the best fit and outcomes for horse and rider! 

We put in the utmost care to our trial policy to ensure seller, consignor, and buyer are fully protected for a smooth transaction.

-All trials will have a signed trial contract prior to shipment by consignor and buyer/trialer

-All saddles have a pre-shipment video.

-All saddles are professionally packed and insured 

*Damages incurred by negligence, theft, accident, nature or natural disaster including but not limited to causation by horse, rider, or setting of saddle's storage location during trial period are under the full responsibility of the trialer or shipping company, and may result in forfeiture of refund.
