Q: How far will you Travel?

A: For new Meyer saddles, 3 hours from 12208 . For used saddles 1 hr from 12208

Q: Do you accept returns? 

A: We will process a return within 5 days of purchase for brand new tack that is not custom, is unused, & has tags. For used saddles, the return period must be within the trial period. 

Q: What Brands do you sell? 

A: We specialize in High-End French Jumping Saddles & tack such as Meyer, Dy'on, CWD, Antares, Voltaire, Delgrange, Butet, Devoucoux, Amerigo, Equipe, Prestige.  Occasionally, we we accept other retail saddle brands that are known to be well-made with good re-sale demand. Each saddle must meet our selling criteria of being gently used and great, sound riding condition with no major defects.

Q: How do I know what size I need for my horse and I?

A#1: It is recommended to utilize an independent saddle fitter to discover your horses needs, especially to shorten the saddle shopping process. The process can start by sitting in a saddle that you know fits you and your horse well, and we will recommend saddles that will be a good match for you!

A #2: If you are local to Albany, NY up to 1 hour away, we would be happy to stop by so you can try a saddle or few!

A#3: For Brand New Meyer Saddles, we will schedule a personalized fitting up to 3 hours away from Albany, NY 

Q: Do you take trades for used saddles?

A: We are not accepting trades at this time.

Q:Do you take payments for used saddles?

A: We have the capability to accept major credit cards through Paypal, however we do not set up individual payments.  

Q: How long does it take to ship a custom Meyer saddle?

A: It currently takes 8 weeks after the fitting to receive your new saddle. Please Contact us for custom orders.
