Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We will process a return within 5 days of purchase for brand-new tack that is not custom, is unused, & has tags. For used saddles, the return period must be within the trial period.
Q: What Brands do you sell?
A: We specialize in High-End French Jumping Saddles & tack such as Meyer, Dy'on, CWD, Antares, Voltaire, Delgrange, Butet, Devoucoux, Amerigo, Equipe, Prestige. Occasionally, we accept other retail saddle brands that are known to be well-made with good resale demand. Each saddle must meet our selling criteria of being gently used and in great, sound riding condition with no major defects.
Q: How do I know what size I need for my horse and me?
A#1: It is recommended to utilize an independent saddle fitter to discover your horse's needs, especially to shorten the saddle shopping process. The process can start by sitting in a saddle that you know fits you and your horse well, and we will recommend saddles that will be a good match for you!

Q: Do you take trades for used saddles?
A: We are not accepting trades at this time.
Q: Do you take payments for used saddles?
A: We can accept major credit cards through PayPal, however, we do not set up individual payments.
Q: How long does it take to ship a custom Meyer saddle?
A: It currently takes 8 weeks after the fitting to receive your new saddle. Please contact us for custom orders.
